Who is responsible

NorthBridge Futurelabs Pvt. Ltd. operates UpSkillr.in and is responsible for the personal data described here. We process it in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Registration and enrolment requests: your name, email address and, if you give it, your WhatsApp number.

Contact and instructor forms: your name, email, phone number, message and any resume you upload.

Sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile picture, which Google shares with us when you choose to sign in.

Learning records: the programs you enrol in and the course material you access.

Why we use it

To confirm registrations, send joining details and reminders, run your program, issue certificates, answer your questions, review instructor applications and keep the site secure. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Service providers that host and run the site, including cloud hosting, database and sign-in providers, process data on our behalf. Some of them may store data outside India. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

Cookies and browser storage

We store a sign-in token in your browser so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enrolment and certificate records while your account is active and for as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Enquiries that do not lead to an enrolment are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Send your request through our contact form and start your message with “Privacy request”. We will respond within the timelines set by law.
