Who we are

UpSkillr.in is operated by NorthBridge Futurelabs Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). By using this website, registering for a session or enrolling in a program, you agree to these terms.

Programs and sessions

Each program page lists its duration, delivery mode, level, price and what is included. We may change schedules, session timings, instructors or delivery platforms when needed, and we will tell enrolled learners about material changes.

Free live sessions are offered as previews and may be recorded, rescheduled or capped in size.

Fees and payment

The fee for a program is the amount shown on its page or in the enrolment confirmation we send you. Applicable taxes are shown on your invoice. Your seat is confirmed once payment is received.

Refunds are handled under our refund policy and the conditions listed on each program page.

Your account and conduct

Keep your sign-in secure and do not share access to paid content. Be respectful in live classes and community spaces. We may suspend access for abuse, harassment, cheating or sharing course material without permission.

Course material

Videos, notes, templates and other material are for your personal learning only. You may not copy, resell, publish or redistribute them without our written permission. Work you create in a program remains yours.

Certificates and outcomes

UpSkillr.in certificates confirm that you completed a program's requirements. They are not a university degree or a statutory qualification. Exam bodies such as NISM, the CMT Association and CFA Institute set and award their own certifications.

We do not guarantee exam results, employment, income or investment returns.

No investment advice

Finance and trading content is educational. It is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Read the full disclaimer before acting on anything you learn.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a program is limited to the fee you paid for that program. We are not liable for indirect losses, including trading or investment losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of NorthBridge Futurelabs Pvt. Ltd. have exclusive jurisdiction.
