Refund policy
Last updated 23 October 2026
Refunds follow each program's own conditions
Many of our programs, including the NISM, CMT and CFA programs, offer a refund when you meet specific conditions, such as completing all modules and assessments within a deadline. Those conditions are listed in the refund section of each program's page, and they are the conditions that apply to your enrolment.
General rules
Refund claims must be submitted within 30 days of the official result. GST is non-refundable as per Indian tax law. The policy applies to one attempt per enrolment.
If a program page does not list refund conditions, contact us before you enrol so we can confirm in writing which terms apply.
Free sessions
Free live sessions have no fee, so no refund applies.
How to request a refund
Send a request through our contact form with your registered email address, the program name and the evidence the program's conditions ask for. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method.
